This is Trap Pilates—where intentional movement meets high energy and real vibes. We’re flowing to the sounds of Trap, Afro Beats, and Soca, creating a space where you can reconnect with your body, build strength, and move with confidence.
Led by Thick Chick Pilates, a highly sought-after instructor with a community of over 80K, this class is designed to make Pilates accessible, empowering, and for every body. Whether you’re just getting started or already on your journey, you’ll be guided through a session that challenges you while still honoring where you are.

This community class blends mindful movement, intentional breathing, and supportive guidance to help you feel grounded, strong, and connected in your body. Expect a full‑body mat flow with thoughtful twists and adaptations, all designed to meet you where you are. Every body and all experience levels are welcome.
This class is free of charge, and registration is required. Please bring a yoga mat and water.
