A private Pilates studio in Worcester, MA, offering progression based training on professional apparatus, including a Reformer, Jumpboard, Pilates Chair, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, and a full range of supportive props. The studio is prenatal and postpartum friendly. Originally created for existing clients, we are now welcoming new clients on a limited basis to ensure a personalized experience.
